Terms governing Earn AI Push programmes

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing earnaipush.life, submitting our contact form, or registering for a push programme, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or register for a programme. These terms apply in addition to any programme-specific terms confirmed at registration.

2. Who we are

Earn AI Push Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202967341M) is a private company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered address at 30 Cecil Street, #03-02 Prudential Tower, Singapore 049712. References to "Earn AI Push", "we", "us" or "our" mean Earn AI Push Pte. Ltd.

3. Nature of our services

Earn AI Push provides AI income skills courses covering AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude, prompt engineering, AI workflows, billable client work, pricing AI work and productivity. Our programmes are vocational skills training. They are not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, employment placement services, or life coaching, and must not be relied upon as such.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

Earn AI Push does not guarantee any level of income, profit, salary, client volume or business result from participation in any programme, in any format. Any figures, examples or testimonials referenced on this website or during a session describe possible outcomes for specific individuals under specific conditions and are not representative guarantees. You accept that your own results will depend on factors including your effort, market conditions, and client or employer decisions beyond our control.

5. Eligibility and registration

Programmes are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit, and a confirmation email or invoice referencing your selected programme, format and start date. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and updating us promptly of any changes.

6. Fees and payment

Current SGD fee ranges for each programme and format are published on our Programmes and Services pages and may be updated from time to time; the fee confirmed in writing at the time of your registration applies to your enrolment. Corporate workshop fees are agreed in a written quotation before booking. Payment terms, including any instalment options, are set out in your registration confirmation or corporate agreement.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Learners who withdraw at least 7 days before a live cohort or weekend intensive start date receive a full refund of fees paid, less a reasonable administrative fee. Withdrawals made within 7 days of the start date, or after self-paced access materials have been issued, may be refunded partially or not at all, at our discretion, taking into account costs already incurred. Earn AI Push reserves the right to postpone or cancel a cohort with insufficient enrolment, in which case affected learners receive a full refund or a transfer to another available cohort.

8. Certificates

Learners who complete the attendance and participation requirements of a programme receive a certificate confirming completion. Certificates confirm participation only; they are not a professional licence, accreditation, or guarantee of competency recognised by any third-party body, and must not be represented as such.

9. Intellectual property

All course materials, slide decks, templates, worksheets and the earnaipush.life website content are the property of Earn AI Push Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected under Singapore copyright law. Learners may use materials provided during a programme for their own personal or business purposes but may not resell, publicly republish, or use Earn AI Push materials to create a competing course without written permission. The "Earn AI Push" name, the "EP" mark and associated logos are trademarks of Earn AI Push Pte. Ltd.

10. Conduct and AI tool use

Learners are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants. When using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude during sessions or in coursework, learners must not input another person's confidential or personal data without permission, must disclose material AI involvement to their own clients where relevant to that client relationship, and remain personally responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-assisted output before it is used or delivered externally.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, Earn AI Push's total liability arising from or in connection with any programme or this website is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant programme. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of income, profit or business opportunity, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

12. Third-party AI tools

Earn AI Push is not affiliated with, and does not control, the providers of ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or any other third-party AI tool referenced in our curriculum. Those tools are governed by their own separate terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or changes to their features or pricing.

13. Changes to programmes and terms

We may update programme content, schedules, formats or these terms from time to time to reflect changes in AI tools, market conditions or our own curriculum development. Where a change materially affects an active enrolment, we will notify affected learners in advance.

14. Corporate workshop terms

Corporate income training bookings are additionally governed by a written quotation or agreement confirming team size, duration, scope and fees. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, corporate workshop cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date are billed at 50% of the agreed fee to cover facilitator preparation and studio or venue holding costs. Any customisation of content to a specific client's tools or workflows remains the intellectual property of Earn AI Push unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

15. Force majeure

Neither party will be liable for delay or failure to perform an obligation under these terms where that delay or failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including public health measures, natural events, or significant disruption to essential utilities or transport in Singapore. Where a live session cannot proceed for such a reason, Earn AI Push will offer an alternative date or an equivalent online session where practical.

16. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your registration to another person without our prior written consent, except where we expressly permit a substitution for a corporate workshop seat. Earn AI Push may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of its business, provided the assignee agrees to honour existing learner registrations.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable under the laws of Singapore, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms of Service, together with your registration confirmation and any corporate workshop agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Earn AI Push regarding your use of a programme, superseding any prior understanding on the same subject unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or any Earn AI Push programme is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to any statutory mediation or arbitration process either party may be entitled to invoke.
