Privacy policy
How we handle your personal data
This policy explains how Earn AI Push Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in connection with earnaipush.life and our push programmes, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Last updated: 17 July 2026. This policy applies to earnaipush.life and to personal data collected through our contact form, registration process, and in-person or online interactions with Earn AI Push staff and facilitators.
1. Who we are
Earn AI Push Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202967341M), of 30 Cecil Street, #03-02 Prudential Tower, Singapore 049712, is the organisation responsible for personal data collected through this website and our push programme operations. For any privacy question, contact our data protection point of contact at [email protected] or call +65 6815 2847 during business hours, Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 SGT.
2. What personal data we collect
We collect personal data that you provide directly, and limited technical data collected automatically when you use this website.
- Contact and enquiry data: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject of enquiry, and message content submitted through our contact form.
- Registration data: for learners who register for a push programme, we additionally collect billing details, programme selection, format preference, and any accessibility or scheduling notes you choose to share.
- Corporate training data: for corporate income training bookings, we collect the name and contact details of the organisation's coordinating staff member, along with team size and scheduling requirements.
- Cookie and analytics data: subject to your consent through our cookie banner, we may collect device type, approximate location, referring page and on-site behaviour through cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Correspondence: records of emails, calls or messages exchanged with our team regarding an enquiry, registration or complaint.
3. How we use personal data
We use personal data only for purposes connected to operating Earn AI Push and communicating with you, specifically to:
- Respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form, including subjects such as push programme enquiry, cohort registration, corporate income training and general inquiry;
- Process programme registrations, issue invoices, and manage attendance for live cohort, self-paced, weekend intensive, corporate workshop, 1:1 skills review and alumni Q&A formats;
- Send administrative communications, such as schedule changes, venue information, or programme updates relevant to your enrolment;
- Improve our programmes and this website, including reviewing which pages and formats learners engage with most, where you have consented to analytics cookies;
- Meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations under Singapore law, including retaining certain business records.
We do not use personal data to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effect on you, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Consent
Where we rely on your consent — such as for the contact form or optional analytics cookies — consent is always collected through an unchecked checkbox or an equivalent clear affirmative action. We never pre-tick a PDPA consent box on your behalf. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]; withdrawing consent may affect our ability to respond to an open enquiry or process an active registration.
5. Legal bases for processing
Under the PDPA, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, or where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you (such as a programme registration), to comply with a legal obligation, or for our legitimate business interests in operating and improving Earn AI Push, balanced against your rights.
6. Disclosure of personal data
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may disclose limited personal data to:
- Service providers who support our operations, such as email delivery, payment processing, and website hosting, under confidentiality obligations;
- Professional advisers, including accountants and legal counsel, where necessary for our business operations;
- Government agencies or regulators, where required by Singapore law or a valid legal request;
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of Earn AI Push's business, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Contact form enquiries that do not lead to registration are generally retained for up to 24 months. Registration and invoicing records connected to completed programmes are retained for at least 5 years to meet Singapore accounting record-keeping requirements. Cookie consent preferences are retained for approximately 6 months, as described in our Cookie Policy, after which we will ask again.
8. Data security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. These include access controls on internal systems, encrypted transmission of form submissions, and limiting access to personal data to staff who need it to perform their role. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to avoid sending sensitive information such as full payment card numbers through our contact form.
9. Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to applicable exceptions under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent, as described above;
- Ask us to explain how a particular piece of personal data has been or is being used, or to whom it has been disclosed within the past year.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with sufficient detail for us to verify your identity and locate your records. We aim to respond within 30 days.
10. Cookies
This website uses cookies for essential site function and, with consent given through our cookie banner, for optional analytics purposes. Full detail, including how to change your preference, is in our Cookie Policy.
11. AI tools and your data
Where facilitators demonstrate AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude during a session, learners are instructed not to enter another person's confidential or personal data into any AI tool without that person's permission. Earn AI Push does not input learner personal data collected through registration or the contact form into third-party AI tools as part of normal administrative processing.
12. Children's data
Our programmes are intended for working adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and our contact form and registration process are not directed at minors.
13. International data storage
Some of the service providers that support earnaipush.life, such as our website hosting and email delivery providers, may store or process data on servers located outside Singapore. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure those providers offer a standard of protection comparable to the requirements of the PDPA, including reviewing provider privacy commitments before engagement and limiting the personal data shared with any single provider to what is operationally necessary.
14. Website logs and technical data
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records limited technical information for every visit, such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp, primarily for security, fraud prevention and basic traffic monitoring. This technical log data is retained for a limited period, is not combined with contact form submissions unless necessary to investigate abuse of our forms, such as automated spam through the honeypot field, and is not used for individual marketing profiling.
15. Marketing communications
We do not send marketing emails to visitors who only submit a general enquiry through our contact form unless they separately opt in. Learners who register for a programme receive operational communications related to that programme, such as schedule confirmations and venue information, which are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while the registration is active. Any optional programme update newsletter, if introduced in future, will include a clear unsubscribe option in every message.
16. Data breach notification
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals, or that is of a significant scale as defined under the PDPA's mandatory data breach notification requirements, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals as required by law, without undue delay, and will take reasonable steps to contain and remediate the breach.
17. Third-party AI tool providers
References in our curriculum to ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude concern the use of those tools during teaching sessions; Earn AI Push does not share learner registration or contact data with the providers of those tools as part of our own data handling. Any interaction a learner personally has with a third-party AI tool, including any account they create with that provider, is governed by that provider's own privacy policy, not this one.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in Singapore law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

20. A note on tone
We have written this policy in plain language wherever the PDPA allows, rather than dense legal boilerplate, because we think a privacy policy you can actually read is more useful than one that simply exists to satisfy a checklist. If any section above is unclear, that is feedback we want — email [email protected] and tell us which part was confusing, and we will consider rewording it in the next update to this page.
